Step 1 — Tell me what you need
Describe the process you'd like to automate — even a rough idea is enough to get started. You can use the contact form, message me on Upwork, or reach out on LinkedIn.
Step 2 — We agree on the approach
I'll review your requirements and recommend the best option: a ready-made workflow from my portfolio, a customized version, or a build from scratch. We'll agree on the scope and approach.
Step 3 — I build and test
I design, build, and thoroughly test the automation. Every workflow is verified before delivery, because my background is in software testing, and I don't ship anything I haven't tested.
Step 4 — You receive the deliverables
You get everything you need to run the workflow:
Tested n8n workflow — JSON file, ready to import into your n8n instance
Setup documentation — how to configure credentials, dependencies, and settings
Video walkthrough — Loom recording, typically 5-10 minutes, showing how the workflow works
Information about external services — which ones are needed, estimated costs
Step 5 — Post-delivery support
I provide 14 days of support after delivery to make sure everything runs smoothly in your environment. If something needs adjustment, I'll take care of it.
All projects are processed through Upwork, a trusted freelance platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Here's why this benefits you:
Secure payments — Your money is held in escrow until you approve the deliverables. You only pay when you're satisfied with the work.
Clear scope — Every project has defined deliverables, milestones, and expectations agreed upon before work begins.
Built-in protection — Upwork provides dispute resolution in case anything goes wrong (though it hasn't happened yet, and I intend to keep it that way).
Transparent reviews — Both sides leave reviews after the project. You can see my track record, and I stand behind every project I deliver.
Setting up a free Upwork client account takes about 2 minutes. You don't need a paid plan — the basic client account is all that's required.
Tell me about a process that's taking too much of your time. I'll show you how it can be automated.
